The body of the product consists of hardwood Cherry, while the connecting dowel is made of solid Red Oak. The dimensions of this item measure approximately 14in x4.75in x 4.25in, and weighs about 5lbs, making it a great piece of workout gear to take on the go.

These bars are effortlessly able to hold heavy loads, making it an ideal piece of equipment to practice handstands, L-sits, pushups or planches in your workspace or gym.
